Refund policy

At Northline Scale, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all products sold on our site, starting from the date you receive your item.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@northlinescale.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package back. Returns must be sent to the designated address provided during the return process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us immediately at sales@northlinescale.com, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to get a replacement is to initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, contact us at sales@northlinescale.com.
