The Intercomp PT-300DW-20 series is USA made wireless wheel pad scale. Used for weighing cars, trucks, tractor trailers, on the go weighing,use in remote locations, and many other vehicle types. The PT-300DW-20 series can be set-up with 1 pad or as much as 16 pads at one time. The scales features an 80 hour rechargeable battery life, built in solar charger, optional wireless displays, and optional IOS / Android app for tracking weights.

PT300DW-20 scales are great for portable use, they are self-contained, and compact for day to day operations. Used to maximize legal axle loads while avoiding overloading fine. Having wheel weighers will help reduce overloaded stress on equipment. The PT-300DW is designed with aluminum weighing 55 lb per pad to be used for portable on the go weighing applications. Each scale is fully electronic scales are capable of weighing up to 20,000 lb per pad (10,000kg) with an accuracy of ± 1%. This model PT-300DW-20 weighs in 20 lb increments.

The scales have rechargeable batteries and require very little recharging due to the built in Solar Panels to recharge the battery. Standard Rechargeable AA Batteries last up to 300 Hours.

The PT-300DW RFX Wireless Technology uses no antennas and makes it possible to add multiple PT300DW pads for obtaining a total vehicle weight through the total button or by linking the scales to a computer, display, or Intercomp’s complete line of weighing indicators. For customers whose local regulations prevent the use of any wireless radio communication, radios can be disabled.
